RETHINKING THE WELDING PROCESS

Don't be scared of your local welder, just because I wear a mask doesn't mean I can only be of service around Halloween, I think that welders may be suffering from unfounded stereotypes.
The guy that crawls out from under a pile of steel in a dark dirty shop wearing filthy coveralls and a stub of a cigar jammed up in the corner of his mouth might spring to mind when people conjure up an image of their local welder, there are craftsman that fit this description and they are not bad guys, but that was yesterday.
Welding has gone digital and high tech, big bulky welding machines that used to take up the whole bed of a truck are now the size of a small suitcase, perhaps you can remember when a computer used to take up a whole room, magnetic tape and blinking lights were standard, today technology has crammed 1000 times the computing power into a machine the size of a CD case.

My point is this, I offer welding services to companies and industries as well as folks that have little knowledge of the capabilities of todays equipment, the beauty of engaging a professional welder to handle your project is that the fabrication or repair will be stronger and structurally sound as compared to the temporary fix that will most likely be a problem in waiting.

I specialize in welding repairs and light fabrication in aluminium, I also offer mobile welding services which makes immovable, fragile and bulky projects much less of a headache to deal with.
Material as thin as 1/32nd of an inch can be joined, air and water tight, aluminium as thick as 3/8th of an inch can be welded also, the weld is usually as strong or stronger that the original metal.

Here is a list of common welding projects that I do on a regular basis, these are examples and there are many variations on this theme, if you see something that catches your attention, please give me a call and I will give you a FREE FRIENDLY OPINION on your project.

Boating repairs including pontoons, skegs, leaks, custom brackets, custom leaning and poling platforms, trolling motor mounts, railing repairs, trailer repairs, dock repairs, cracked engine blocks and water jackets, fuel tank repairs and fabrication, sheet metal and more.
Fence and gate repairs, patio furniture, welded art, custom brackets for indoors and outdoors, automotive repair and fabrication, cold air systems, motorcycle frame and tank work and almost anything you can dream up, if its made out of aluminium, I can probably repair it.
My prices are fair and the service is exceptional, in many cases I can do repairs while you wait and get you on your way quickly, all work is guaranteed for 1 year and satisfaction is what I strive for, so please don't hesitate to give me a call and discuss your next project.
